R&D and analytical laboratory
Fermion’s R&D laboratory and analytical method development laboratory are located at Fermion’s Espoo site. The R&D laboratory contains 55 fume hoods and has special laboratory spaces for hydrogenation and highly potent APIs (HPAPI).
The analytical development laboratory has state of the art equipment for method development and validation, for example total 12 HPLC and UHPLC instruments, 3 GC instruments and UHPLC-MS/MS. Substances and materials with OEB level range from 1 to 5 (containment > 0,1 µg/m3) can be handled both in the R&D laboratory and analytical development laboratory.
